i think i'm putting on weight, i may sound bimbotic but whatever, that's how i feel after eating three full meals filled with carbo yesterday including a meal after 10pm (when you tend t put on more weight). holy cow, i just ate two slices of pizza. it's times when i can't resist temptations and have a huge instinctive physical desire for food. i'm so unsatisfied with my bod, improvement is needed.
